- Fill the bathtub or a basin with warm water at 36–38 °C.
- Dissolve the recommended amount of salt for the type of bath in the water (see Recommended dosage).
- Enjoy the bath for 15–20 minutes.
- Always close the pack tightly after use.
Recommended frequency: a regular full-body bath at most every other day, an intensive mineral bath at most once every three days. Foot and hand baths can be used daily.
We always recommend taking the first bath in wellness mode. Increase the salt concentration gradually according to your individual tolerance.
Ingredients (INCI): Sodium Chloride, Magnesium Sulfate, Maris Sal, Mineral Salts, Karlovarská vřídelní sůl.

Recommended water temperature 36–38 °C, bath duration 15–20 minutes.
