Shipping and delivery

We ship within the Czech Republic and to 22 other European countries through proven carriers:

  • Packeta / Zásilkovna — pickup points and Z-BOXes across Europe (Slovakia, Germany, France, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Croatia, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Latvia, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Ukraine).
  • Balíkovna (Česká pošta) — pickup points in the Czech Republic.
  • Other carriers (DPD, PPL, Česká pošta) depending on availability and the customer's choice.

Delivery time

The delivery time depends on the distance from the dispatch warehouse and the chosen carrier:

  • Czech Republic: usually 1–2 business days from handover to the carrier.
  • Europe: approximately 3–7 days.

You will be notified of the shipment by e-mail, including a tracking number.

Shipping cost

The shipping cost depends on the country of delivery and the chosen carrier. You will see the current price at checkout after entering the delivery address. All shipping prices are stated including 21% VAT and include packaging.

Maximum parcel weight

  • Packeta — up to 5 kg / dimensions 70 × 120 cm
  • Balíkovna — up to 15 kg / dimensions 50 × 50 × 50 cm

Free shipping

For orders above a set value (currently 1 800 Kč) we offer free shipping within the Czech Republic. The terms of the promotion may change and apply while stocks last.

Choosing a pickup point

After completing your order, the Thank you page (and also the order confirmation e-mail) will show you the option to choose a specific pickup point — for example a Packeta branch, a Z-BOX or a Balíkovna nearest to your address.

If you do not choose a point when completing your order, we will shortly afterwards send you a reminder by e-mail with a link where you can make the selection.

Acceptance of goods

The customer is obliged to accept the goods upon delivery to the address (or at the pickup point) stated in the order. If you do not accept the goods and they have to be delivered again, we have the right to claim reimbursement of the costs.

When accepting the goods from the carrier, we recommend checking the integrity of the packaging. Report any defects to the carrier immediately upon acceptance and also by e-mail to shop@karlovarska-sul.cz.

Personal pickup

By prior arrangement, personal pickup is possible at the company's registered office:

Delivery abroad

We deliver to the entire European Union and other European countries. The complete list of countries and shipping prices will be shown to you when entering the delivery address at checkout. The displayed prices are automatically converted into the local currency (EUR, PLN, HUF, RON and others) at the current exchange rate.
