Shipping and Delivery Policy

Effective from publication in the online store for new orders

We send goods using the carriers and services offered for the particular order. After entering your delivery details, you will see the available delivery methods and their total price before submitting the order. The available options depend in particular on the country of delivery, the dimensions and weight of the parcel and the selected payment method.

1. Delivery methods within the Czech Republic

The following options may be offered for an order in particular:

• Zásilkovna / Packeta: delivery to a collection point or Z-BOX;
• Balíkovna: delivery to a collection point or an address, according to the service offered;
• PPL: delivery to a ParcelShop or an address;
• personal collection: by prior arrangement at our registered office in Karlovy Vary.

Cash on delivery can be selected only for a delivery method and country for which it is offered when ordering. Offering a particular carrier does not mean that all of its services or collection points are available.

2. Delivery charges within the Czech Republic

These are final prices, including applicable VAT and packaging. For cash-on-delivery rows, the stated amount also includes the fee for that payment method. We will confirm the offered options and the final price in the order summary before you submit the order. If the price list and the summary differ, let us know; we do not increase the price of an order for which the contract has already been concluded.

3. Free delivery

For delivery within the Czech Republic, delivery is free for a goods value of CZK 1 800 or more, for all options listed in the price list above. For the listed cash-on-delivery options, cash on delivery is also free once this threshold is reached; the total charge for delivery and this payment method is CZK 0.

The threshold is calculated from the price of the goods after discounts, excluding delivery and the payment method fee. You will see whether the threshold has been reached and the final amount before submitting the order.

We may amend the conditions for future orders; changes do not affect contracts already concluded. If a special promotion applies, any different conditions must be published before the order is placed. We do not retrospectively impose a penalty for free delivery already provided when you exercise your statutory right to withdraw.

4. Delivery time

We state the estimated dispatch and delivery dates in the offer or when ordering. The usual approximate transit time after handover to the carrier is:

• Czech Republic: usually 1–2 working days;
• other countries in Europe: approximately 3–7 days, depending on the country and service.

These times describe transit after dispatch, not automatically the total time from placing the order. The overall time also depends on product availability, order confirmation, the selected payment method and any collection point details that need to be supplied. A specifically agreed delivery time takes precedence.

If no other delivery time has been agreed, we will deliver the goods without undue delay, no later than 30 days after conclusion of the contract. We will inform you of any delay we become aware of; notification alone does not change the agreed delivery time. If we fail to meet it, your rights under the terms and conditions and the law apply, including the option to grant an additional period and subsequently withdraw.

We will notify you by email after dispatch. If the service provides parcel tracking, you will also receive tracking details.

5. Selecting a collection point

For delivery to a collection point or parcel locker, select a specific location according to the instructions in the ordering process. If a service allows you to select the location only after submitting the order, we will inform you of this procedure before you complete it and provide the relevant instructions or link.

If the collection point is missing and is needed for delivery, we will ask you to provide it. Without agreement, we will not change the delivery method to a more expensive option or select a collection point you have not confirmed. A request for additional details does not in itself entitle us to extend the agreed delivery time at our discretion.

6. Parcel weight and dimensions

Each service has its own weight and size limits. If an order exceeds them, we will offer appropriate delivery or agree on another arrangement with you before concluding the contract. We will not split a parcel or increase the delivery charge without your consent if doing so would change terms already agreed.

The specific options for your order are governed by the carriage conditions of the selected service and the options offered when ordering. The same limits may not apply to a collection point, parcel locker and delivery to an address.

7. International delivery

We deliver internationally to countries and regions for which the online store offers a specific available delivery option when ordering. The list of countries in the store's country selector does not in itself mean that every carrier offers all of its services to each country.

You will see the exact delivery charge, currency and total amount after entering your delivery details, before submitting the order. Do not automatically assume that payment will be in the local currency; the currency expressly displayed when purchasing is decisive. Your bank may charge for any currency conversion according to its own terms.

For any delivery outside the European Union, we will inform you of known additional charges and import rules before concluding the contract. If any import duty or tax cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, it must be expressly stated before the order is placed that you may have to pay it. Without such prior information, we do not pass additional mandatory costs on to you. This provision does not in itself introduce delivery to any particular country.

8. Receipt and damaged parcels

Collect the parcel at the agreed address or selected collection point within its storage period. If you cannot receive it, contact us as soon as possible.

We recommend checking the packaging upon receipt. It is advisable to record visible damage, take photographs where appropriate and notify both the carrier and us. You may refuse an obviously damaged parcel. Failure to carry out this check, the absence of a carrier's damage report or accepting the parcel does not limit your statutory rights to make a defect claim.

For delivery offered by our online store, we bear the risk of damage in transit until you or a person you designate, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods. If you arrange another carrier that we did not offer, the statutory rules on handover to that carrier apply.

We will agree with you in advance on any repeat delivery and its possible cost. We seek reimbursement of costs or compensation for damage only under the statutory conditions and in a demonstrable, reasonable amount. We do not impose a flat-rate contractual penalty for failure to take delivery. Failure to collect a parcel does not in itself constitute notice of withdrawal from the contract; if you wish to withdraw from the purchase, let us know unequivocally.

Confirm the collection time and payment method with us in advance. Personal collection does not change the right to withdraw if the sales contract was concluded through the online store.

This shipping policy forms part of the terms and conditions for the relevant purchase. This version takes effect upon publication in the online store for orders placed from that moment onwards.
