Dissolve 3 g of salt in 250–400 ml of warm water. Drink the solution slowly, 2–3 times a day – in the morning, at noon, and in the evening, 30 minutes before meals. For a better taste and to reduce high alkalinity, it is recommended to use warm sparkling water.
